Cheese Biscuits

2cups Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Salt
3Tbs Shortening
1C Cheese
1C Milk

Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut in the shortening. Add Cheese and mix well. Add milk gradually mixing until the dough starts to come together (sometimes you don’t need the full cup of milk…depends on the humidity in your location). *Do not over mix!*. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick. Cut into Triangles (or what ever shape you desire) and lay on a baking sheet. Cook at 450F for 10-12 minutes. Edges should just be turning brown. Goes great with Beef Stew or any other soup or stew
