Sesame Ginger Chicken Skewers

First of all it is really important to marinate the chicken for at least 8 hours. I prefer to put the chicken in the marinade the night before I plan to serve it. It is equally as important to soak your bamboo skewers in water for at least 8 hours. This will prevent them from burning when you BBQ.

The marinade:
1 Tbs Sesame oil
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 big knob of Ginger (about 2.5 inches) chopped as fine as possible (or grated)
2 cloves of garlic (I put mine thru my garlic press)
1 Tbs Soy sauce

Just whisk all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Put in Fridge and stir occasionally

This recipe is good for two boneless Skinless Chicken breasts. It can be increased if you are marinating more chicken.

Grill in the BBQ for about 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
